Crop and seed selection

Are you growing the ideal crops and cover crops for your soil? We’ve been selling seeds and advising farmers about seeds and crops since 2015. We’ll help you select the best crops and cover crops for your land.

Soil Sampling and Scouting

We use science to help us determine the quality of your soil, what treatments it may need, and what will grow there. If you are looking for land, we can scout for farmland ideal for your goals. Our agronomists make data-based recommendations backed by hands-on farming experience.

Custom fertility products

Once we understand your land, we’ll customize fertilizer and amendment treatments for your soil. We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach.

Choosing and customizing planting equipment

Planting technology is a Big H specialty. We’ll help you choose the right equipment for your farm. We also retrofit farmers’ existing planters. We fine-tune them until they’re exactly what each farmer needs.

We offer full planter rebuilds, including row-unit rebuilds or full row-unit replacement. We often save farmers $100,000 or more, and provide a product that performs as good or, in most cases, better than a new planter from the OEM market.”
